Overview

Lt Col Constantine is a National Defense Fellow at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He entered Air Force in 2004 as a Distinguished Military Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. After earning his wings at Naval Air Station Pensacola, he completed operational assignments flying the EA-6B, F-15E, and RQ-170. He has flown missions in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, and NOBLE EAGLE. In his most recent assignment, he served as Deputy Chief, Strategic Competition Division at Headquarters Pacific Air Forces. Lt Col Constantine holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in Science and Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. Additionally, he completed fellowships at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.
