Overview

Zhuoqi Helen Dong is a Ph.D. student at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and serves as the president of the Ivan Allen College Graduate Student Advisory Board and an ex-officio member of the Ivan Allen College Advisory Board. She holds a research assistantship with the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy. During her professional career before Georgia Tech, she was an institutional research analyst and ran three small businesses. At Georgia Tech, Helen has worked on research projects funded by the NSF (National Science Foundation, with the Nunn School), ONR (Office of Naval Research, with the Aerospace Systems Design Lab), Australian DSTG (Defense Science and Technology Group, with the Aerospace Systems Design Lab), and DoD (Department of Defense, with the Nunn School). Her research interests are international security, civil-military relations, and US-China strategic competition and cooperation (in serves to cyber, space, and quantum).
