Research Focus
International arms and technology transfer and their impact on the international political economy, the development of indigenous defense production capabilities in the developing world, and organization theory and the capabilities of military organizations and institutions in Europe and Asia. Dr. Salomone is the author of numerous books, articles, and research papers on arms transfers, command and control of military forces, and crisis management. He has served as consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense and as a NATO Institutional Research Fellow.
