Welcome to the graduate program of the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech! We offer a master's degree in international affairs that enables its graduates to assume professional positions within business, government, and international organizations.

We now are proud to offer a Ph.D. in International Affairs, Science and Technology as well.

The Master of Science in International Affairs program provides the theoretical and methodological skills to demystify the major issues confronting the world today. Students have the opportunity to tailor the program to their individual interests through elective offerings in the School and interdisciplinary work in economics, management, public policy, computer science, engineering, and other fields. We encourage internships that provide relevant work experience and participation in overseas programs.

The Ph.D. program provides an unparalleled opportunity for students with backgrounds in either politics or science and technology to deepen their understanding of international affairs through the advanced study of sub-fields such as international relations theory, international security, international political economy, comparative politics, and methods for social scientific research.

The Nunn School's exceptional faculty conducts research on a range of topics in the fields of international political economy, comparative politics, and international security policy. In addition, faculty members possess strong regional expertise in East Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The level of experience and diversity of interests among the faculty offer an extensive and enriching educational experience. The Nunn School also hosts a variety of programs that allow close interaction with scholars and practitioners of international affairs.

We take great pride in the people and programs that constitute the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and we thank you for your interest.
